SC Consulting uses the information submitted through this website only to assess enquiries, respond to prospective clients, operate and protect the website, and manage consulting relationships where one is subsequently agreed.

Information we collect

The Opportunity Review form may collect your name, work email, company, role, and information you choose to provide about an operational workflow or business problem. Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, trade secrets, or other sensitive or unnecessary personal information.

We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request timestamps, security events, and a privacy-preserving representation of an IP address for rate limiting. Form-field content must not be placed in analytics or general application logs.

How we use information

We use submitted information to:

• assess the request and whether SC Consulting may be a fit;
• contact you about the enquiry;
• prepare for a requested conversation or proposal;
• maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery; and
• meet legal or contractual obligations if an engagement is later agreed.

We do not sell personal information or use Opportunity Review submissions for unrelated advertising.

Service providers and transfers

SC Consulting uses service providers that process information on its behalf: Vercel for hosting and application infrastructure, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Upstash for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These providers may process data in countries outside India under their own security and data-processing commitments.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months and is then deleted or anonymised unless it is needed for an active engagement, dispute, fraud or security investigation, or legal obligation. Records created under a consulting engagement may be retained for the period stated in the applicable agreement or required by law.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your enquiry, or withdraw consent for further contact, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Contact privacy@sc-consulting.in. SC Consulting may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Security and updates

SC Consulting uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. This notice may be updated when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above will show the latest revision.
